Qualifications

• Admitted Conveyancer with at least 4 years post-qualification experience.
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of property transfers and bond registrations.
• Thorough knowledge of South African property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Proficiency in relevant conveyancing software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of property transfers, bond registrations, and cancellations.
• Draft and review deeds of sale, bonds and related conveyancing documents.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, bond originators and financial institutions.
• Manage lodgement and registration processes at the Deeds Office.
• Ensure compliance with legislation including the Sectional Titles Act and HCPMA.
• Provide expert property law guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
