Job summary

Alimama Spaces is hiring Property Hosts in Johannesburg/Pretoria. The role covers guest communication, check-ins/outs, and coordinating housekeeping and maintenance across multiple properties. Strong PMS and OTA knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in the short-term rental, hospitality, serviced apartment, hotel, or property management industry.
• Experience using PMS such as Hostaway, Guesty, Lodgify, Hospitable, Boom or NightsBridge.
• Strong understanding of OTAs including Airbnb, Booking.com, LekkeSlaap, Google Vacation Rentals, Expedia, Vrbo.
• Excellent guest communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay.
• Respond promptly to guest enquiries, requests and complaints.
• Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and suppliers to ensure operational excellence.
• Ensure properties meet Alimama Spaces' quality standards.
