Job summary

WSP in Africa seeks a Property & Buildings Digital Lead to steer digital strategy, governance, and client-facing digital solutions across Africa. You will shape strategy, drive governance, and enable growth with BIM, GIS, and data-driven services across multidisciplinary teams.

You will lead digital delivery excellence, mentor digital champions, and collaborate with global Digital teams to position WSP as a leader in the built environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Technology, Engineering, Built Environment, Design, Management, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Strategy and Governance across Africa.
• Champion the Property & Buildings digital strategy.
• Develop and maintain Digital Business Line Plans.
• Drive governance, prioritisation and performance of digital initiatives.
• Identify and manage governance risks in digital, commercial, delivery, technology and data.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with clients and investors.
• Lead digital discovery sessions and value proposition development.
• Support business development with innovative digital solutions.
• Develop repeatable digital offerings, methodologies and demos.
• Improve consistency and quality of digital project delivery across teams.
• Promote BIM, digital twins, GIS, location intelligence, automation and data solutions.
• Support implementation and scaling of digital tools and delivery methodologies.
• Develop strategies for digital platforms and technology investments.
• Promote Autodesk, Bentley, and related technologies.
