Job summary

WSP seeks an experienced Property & Buildings Digital Lead to drive digital transformation across Africa’s Property & Buildings business. You will shape the digital strategy, lead governance, and deliver client-focused digital solutions leveraging BIM, GIS, and data analytics.

You will collaborate with regional and global teams to grow digital services, manage risks, and mentor future leaders while advancing sustainable, data-driven outcomes for complex built environment projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience delivering complex projects in client-facing environments.
• Experience in the Property & Buildings sector and digital advisory or transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Strategy and Governance across Africa; develop and maintain Digital Business Line Plans.
• Drive governance, prioritisation, and performance management of digital initiatives.
• Identify and manage digital, commercial, delivery, technology, and data governance risks.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with clients, asset owners, investors and operators.
• Lead digital discovery sessions, workshops, and value proposition development.
• Support business development with innovative digital solutions and repeatable offerings.
• Promote BIM, GIS, automation, data analytics, and digital platforms across projects.
