Are You Someone Who Can
  • Act as liaison with landlords regarding maintenance issues and track resolutions.
  • Maintain the Lease Master and ensure all leases are correctly stored on the server.
  • Draft accurate leases (new, renewal, termination) based on approved BC1 documentation.
  • Upload leases to the Signing Hub platform and follow up on sign-off completion.
  • Manage Fusion and MyQ administration, including Obtaining documents from new landlords for supplier loading and loading new leases, renewals, and terminations.
  • Administer Lease Savings in collaboration with Finance.
  • Coordinate with Finance for preparation and timely settlement of invoices related to TI allowances.
You Will Be An Ideal Candidate If You Have
  • Minimum Qualification: NQF Level 6 qualification in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field (essential). Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in lease documentation and property management systems (e.g., Fusion, MyQ). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage high volumes of work accurately and within deadlines.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in lease administration or property management. Experience in working with commercial property portfolios is advantageous.
