Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly property management accounts and financial reports
• Manage tenant billing, recoveries, and lease‑related financials
• Perform and review bank, debtor, and creditor reconciliations
• Maintain accurate property‑related general ledger accounts
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Monitor rental income, expenses, and cash flow across portfolios
• Support month‑end and year‑end reporting processes
• Ensure compliance with property accounting standards and internal controls
