Job summary

Network Finance invites you to join an established commercial property business, managing a diverse portfolio of assets. This is a hands-on Property Accountant role where you’ll sit close to the numbers behind the properties, tenants and day-to-day performance of the portfolio.

You will handle full property accounting tasks, tenant billing, reconciliations, monthly reporting and budgets. The ideal candidate has a BCom in Accounting or Finance, 3+ years in property accounting, strong tenant

Qualifications

• BCom Accounting / Finance required.
• 3+ years’ Property Accounting experience.
• Commercial property experience essential.
• Strong tenant accounting & reconciliation exposure.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
