Placements24 is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee diverse wine-industry projects in Paarl, Western Cape. Lead vineyard development, winery upgrades, product launches, and efficiency initiatives while coordinating viticulturists, winemakers, and contractors to deliver high-quality results.

You will manage budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring compliance with standards and a heritage of excellence across operations and hospitality services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of operational processes within production or agricultural settings.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects across vineyard operations, winery infrastructure, bottling lines, and hospitality services.
