About the Role

Our client, a major player in the industrial and manufacturing sector, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead critical initiatives focused on supply chain optimization. This role is ideally suited for a professional with a strong background in logistics, operations, and process improvement, based in the key port city of Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal . While the role is primarily remote, occasional travel to the operational sites may be required. You will be instrumental in redesigning and streamlining supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current supply chain operations to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement new supply chain strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage cross-functional teams involved in procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for supply chain improvement initiatives.
• Oversee the implementation of new technologies and systems within the supply chain.

Requirements
