Qualifications

About the Role

Our client, an innovative technology solutions provider based in Tembisa , is seeking a proficient Project Manager to oversee the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for various client projects. This role demands a structured approach to managing software development processes, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality applications and features. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring development projects, coordinating with development teams, designers, QA testers, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agile development methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver complex software solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the SDLC, from requirements gathering and design through to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget for software development projects.
• Lead and mentor software development teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Implement and manage agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to ensure efficient and iterative development cycles.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication between development teams, product owners, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project delivery.
• Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure that software meets defined standards and client requirements.
• Manage client relationships and expectations throughout the development process.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide status reports to stakeholders in Tembisa .
• Ensure timely delivery of software products and features within budget.

Requirements
