Job summary

Communicate Finance is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage R&D, prototyping, and cross-functional projects from concept to completion in a dynamic environment.

You will develop robust project plans, monitor progress and budgets, coordinate local and international procurement, and drive cost optimisation and value engineering to strengthen our competitive edge while reporting to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• NDip/ BTech/ BEng in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2) advantageous.
• 5+ years of project management experience in civil/construction.
• Experience delivering cross-functional projects from planning to delivery.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years' project management experience
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects from planning to delivery
• Strong financial and commercial skills, including budgeting, cost control, and value engineering
• Experience with local and international procurement and supplier management.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, CCS
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
• Adaptable, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Qualification:

• NDip/ BTech/ BEng Civil Engineering, Construction Management
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is advantageous.
