Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee renewable energy projects from site selection through commissioning. The role combines remote planning with essential on-site engagement and stakeholder meetings to advance sustainable energy solutions.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards. A PMP and 7+ years in energy projects are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in project management, with renewable energy focus.
• Experience in hybrid work setup with on-site engagement.
• Knowledge of renewable energy technologies, project finance, and regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of renewable energy projects, including feasibility studies, permitting, design, and construction.

About the Role

The position offers a hybrid work model , allowing for remote planning and coordination, supplemented by essential on-site visits to project locations and stakeholder meetings. Experience managing projects under a hybrid work structure , balancing remote duties with necessary on-site engagement. Solid understanding of renewable energy technologies, project finance, and regulatory landscapes. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills . Proficiency in project management software and relevant industry tools.
