Placements24 is seeking an Operations Project Manager for our manufacturing client in Port Elizabeth to lead critical efficiency projects and drive cost reductions. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams to implement lean processes, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement programs across production, quality and supply chain areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with process improvement projects and driving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
