Placements24 in South Africa seeks a dedicated Project Manager to drive industrial development projects in Welkom. You will coordinate with engineering, operations, and external partners to ensure project goals are met efficiently from conception through to implementation.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in industrial project management, a degree in engineering or industrial management, and strong skills in planning, budgeting, risk control and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years of experience in project management, specifically within industrial settings.
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects involving new plant construction or significant facility upgrades.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.

Responsibilities
