Qualifications

• Lead planning and execution of major infrastructure projects aligned with strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
• Develop scopes, budgets, schedules and resource plans for complex projects.
• Manage risks, issues and changes with proactive mitigation strategies.

• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, relevant regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional registration with a relevant engineering or project management body is highly desirable.
