Requirements

• Strong knowledge of financial services products, operations, and regulatory requirements (e.g., FICA, POPIA).
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• PMP or PRM certification is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, collaborative environment.
