Earthmoving Projects based Company based in Welkom is seeking an experienced, hands-on Project Manager to oversee construction and earthmoving projects from tender to completion. You will ensure adherence to client specifications and safety standards while driving project performance.

You will lead Supervisors, Operators, Drivers and subcontractors, coordinate site activities, monitor costs, and deliver regular updates to management and clients.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in construction, earthmoving, mining or plant hire.
• Strong knowledge of earthmoving equipment and construction site operations.
• Experience managing Supervisors, Operators, Drivers and subcontractors.
• Experience with tenders/RFQs, project costing and budget management.
• Strong leadership, organisational, reporting and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• A valid driver’s licence.

Responsabilités

• Resolve operational, staffing, cost and project-related challenges.

Earthmoving Projects based Company based in Welkom is seeking an e xperienced; hands-on Project Manager to oversee construction and earthmoving projects from tender stage through to completion. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of earthmoving equipment, construction projects, site operations and project management ; with the ability to manage both site and office requirements. We are looking for an accountable; commercially aware professional who takes a practical approach to delivering projects.

Duties:

• Manage projects from tender/RFQ stage through to finalisation.
