Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Construction Project Manager in Welkom to lead sizable building projects from planning through handover, ensuring safety, quality, and timeliness. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers, manage budgets and schedules, review documents, inspect sites, and maintain regulatory compliance.

A civil engineering or construction management degree and 6+ years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in construction project management.
• Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
