• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and construction management tools.
• Ability to effectively manage projects in a hybrid work environment.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Pr Eng) are highly desirable.
