Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale projects in and around Paarl. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring on-time completion within budget and to the highest safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, with 6+ years of experience managing complex construction lifecycles and coordinating diverse stakeholders on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager.
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
