You will oversee all phases from site assessment to handover, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management, with significant site-based experience.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects from conception to completion.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety protocols, and relevant regulations.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and standard office applications.
