• Bachelor degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Postgraduate Project Management qualification (Advantageous)
• Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM) preferred or industry equivalent qualification

Responsibilities

• Deliver medium and high-value software projects aligned with organisational strategy.
• Manage multi-workstream ERP/CRM projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery and governance models.
• Lead cross-functional and vendor teams across multiple workstreams.
• Maintain full project lifecycle accountability: scope, schedule, risk, budget, benefits realization.
• Provide governance oversight and executive reporting while adhering to PMO standards.
• Cultivate stakeholder trust through transparent communication and strategic engagement.
