Job summary

IT Empowerment Consulting seeks an experienced project leader to deliver medium to high-value software initiatives aligned with strategy. You will oversee multi-workstream ERP/CRM projects, applying Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methods and governing through PMO standards.

You will lead cross-functional and vendor teams, manage scope, schedule, risk, budget and benefits realization, and provide executive reporting while maintaining stakeholder trust through transparent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Postgraduate Project Management qualification (Advantageous).
• Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM) preferred or industry equivalent qualification.
