Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our George office in the Western Cape. You will lead initiatives from initiation to closing, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations while coordinating with internal departments and external partners.

You will blend strategic planning with hands-on execution in a collaborative environment, leveraging Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management.
• Develop full-scale project plans, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation.

About the Role
