Key Responsibilities

• Lead the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans , including defining objectives, deliverables, resource requirements, and stakeholder management strategies.
• Manage and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative spirit and ensuring accountability for project tasks and milestones.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure smooth project progression.
• Communicate project status, updates, and performance metrics effectively to senior management and all relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management , with a demonstrated track record of delivering complex projects successfully.
• Proven ability in managing project budgets, resources, and timelines efficiently.
• Proficiency in using various project management methodologies and software tools.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
