Novah-Loy Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead complex civil projects within a fully remote setting. You will drive project scope, budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholder engagement across distributed teams, ensuring safety and quality.

This role requires a strong track record in large-scale infrastructure, with at least 10 years of experience and demonstrated leadership in autonomous environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's or PMP advantageous.
• At least 10 years' progressive civil engineering experience with 5+ years in PM.
• Proven track record on large-scale civil infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management of civil initiatives and ensure delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, budget, timelines, and resources.
• Manage risks, mitigation strategies, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end project management of civil engineering initiatives, ensuring successful delivery.

• Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant engineering standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; a Master's degree or PMP certification is advantageous.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with at least 5 years in project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and software.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and autonomously in a remote setting.
