Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end management of civil engineering projects, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among geographically dispersed project teams, clients, and consultants via digital platforms.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications.
• Manage project financials, including tracking expenses, approving invoices, and reporting on budget performance.
• Conduct virtual site reviews and assessments where necessary, utilizing remote sensing and data analysis tools.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative and productive remote work environment for the project team.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 5 years in project management.
