About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled Project Engineer with a strong background in chemical processes for a contract role based in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. This position involves a hybrid work arrangement, requiring both on-site presence for project execution and team collaboration, and remote work flexibility. You will be responsible for managing and executing various capital and process improvement projects within the company's chemical facilities. This role demands excellent project management skills, technical expertise in chemical engineering, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be adept at planning, scheduling, budgeting, and overseeing project implementation from conception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of chemical process projects, from feasibility studies to commissioning.
• Develop project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.

• Ensure all projects adhere to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
