The Focus Group in Sandton, Gauteng, is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to lead project management and implementation of operational improvement initiatives. You will oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control, and quality standards.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop detailed plans, manage risks, and drive efficiency through new processes and technologies across Gauteng.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in industrial engineering, with at least 3 years in project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
