The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial engineering with 3+ years in project management, strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall, and proficiency in MS Project or Asana.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years in industrial engineering with 3+ years in project management.
- Experience delivering complex industrial projects.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficient in MS Project or Asana.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and closure of industrial engineering projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop detailed project plans with timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Manage risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams.
- Monitor progress and report status to stakeholders.
- Ensure projects align with strategic goals and operational requirements.
- Oversee implementation of new processes, technologies, or equipment.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and capture lessons learned.
