Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Project Architect to lead architectural projects from inception through to completion. Based in Welkom, you will guide design development, coordinate with consultants, and oversee construction phases, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

You will manage client liaison, mentor junior staff, and drive projects forward with strong leadership and technical expertise. Hybrid work options offer balance between office collaboration and remote work.

Qualifications

• Professional Architect qualification (PrArch) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience in managing architectural projects.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects successfully.
