Responsibilities

• Administer construction contracts, conduct site inspections, and resolve design-related issues during the construction phase.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant building codes, standards, and sustainability principles.

About the Role

Our client, a well-established architectural practice situated in Tembisa , is actively seeking a skilled and motivated Project Architect to lead and manage a variety of architectural projects. This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial client consultations and design development through to construction administration and project close-out. You will be instrumental in shaping the firm's portfolio and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative and functional spaces within the Gauteng region. We are looking for an individual with strong leadership qualities and a passion for delivering exceptional architectural solutions in a hands‑on, office‑based capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process, developing conceptual designs and detailed architectural plans for various building typologies.
