PEP seeks a senior CSI Programme Manager to steer the management and growth of our flagship CSI programmes within the PEP Foundation. The role focuses on strategic planning, hands-on leadership, programme delivery and data governance to maximise social impact.

Based in the Northern Suburbs (Cape), ZA, this office-based contract role invites entrepreneurial thinking and rigorous programme management to advance community outcomes through Lay-Bye Buddy and related initiatives.

Qualifications

• Senior-level role requiring strategic planning, hands-on leadership and data management.
• Experience in Corporate Social Investment programmes and donor partnerships preferred.
• Ability to oversee growth of flagship CSI programmes and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Overseight of the PEP Foundation CSI programmes, including Lay-Bye Buddy.
• Develop and implement strategic plans, monitor KPIs and donor engagement.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver programme outcomes and impact.
