Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of program management experience in non-profit/ch charitable sector.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with project management software and office tools.
• Experience working in George/ Western Cape is a plus.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Social Sciences or related field.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with initiative.

Requirements
