Are you passionate about deploying, optimizing, and supporting advanced networking and security solutions for enterprise and service provider customers? We are seeking a Professional Services Network Engineer to join our services organization and deliver best-in‑class implementations across the full suite of Technologies, including application delivery, carrier‑grade networking, and DDoS protection. As a Professional Services Engineer, you will work directly with customers throughout the project lifecycle — from solution design and deployment to validation, optimization, and knowledge transfer — ensuring successful outcomes and a high degree of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Professional Services engagements, including solution design, deployment, migration, and optimization.
• Deliver and configure ADC (Application Delivery Controller) solutions to provide advanced load balancing, security, and performance capabilities. A10 Networks
• Implement Carrier‑Grade NAT (CGN) solutions to support IPv4 preservation, IPv6 migration, and high‑scale networking environments. A10 Networks
• Deploy DDoS protection solutions (e.g., Thunder TPS / One‑DDoS Protection) for multi‑vector attack detection and mitigation at scale. A10 Networks
• Provide architectural guidance on traffic‑flow optimization, capacity planning, and high availability.
• Assist in migration and integration from legacy or third‑party platforms (F5, Citrix NetScaler, Cisco ACE).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex deployment issues, working with customers and internal engineering teams.
• Use tools such as protocol analyzers and traffic monitors to verify performance and security post‑deployment.
• Produce professional documentation, including solution designs, implementation guides, and customer handoffs.
• Provide limited post‑deployment support, including hyper‑care during go‑lives and customer education sessions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in networking, application delivery, or network security — ideally in Professional Services, consulting, or project delivery.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (VLANs, VRRP/HSRP, OSPF, BGP, IPv4/IPv6, NAT) and L4‑L7 application behaviour.
• Demonstrated ability to implement complex solutions involving:
  • ADC technologies (load balancing, SSL offload, health checks, GSLB)
  • Carrier‑Grade NAT (CGN/CGNAT) and IPv6 transition strategies
  • DDoS detection and mitigation strategies and tooling
• Experience with one or more of the following platforms preferred:
  • A10 Networks
  • F5 BIG‑IP
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical ideas clearly.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Comfortable with on‑site and remote customer engagements, including travel as required.

Education & Certifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Advanced networking/security certifications desired (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, A10 ACE, F5 BIG‑IP).
