Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning and sanitation duties in various areas of high-rise buildings, including office spaces, lobbies, restrooms, common areas, and elevators.
• Implement specialized cleaning techniques for sensitive equipment and surfaces.
• Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.
• Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and regulatory guidelines, including the safe handling of cleaning chemicals and waste disposal.
• Operate and maintain specialized cleaning machinery and equipment, such as industrial vacuum cleaners and floor buffers.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests and emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to building occupants.
• Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to identify and report any maintenance or sanitation deficiencies.
• Collaborate with the facilities management team to develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning and sanitation, preferably within a high-rise building environment.
• In-depth knowledge of cleaning chemicals, sanitation procedures, and health and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in operating various cleaning equipment and machinery.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and climbing stairs.
