Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Johannesburg seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead projects from initiation to closeout, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.

You will manage vendor relationships, maintain contract and risk controls, and report progress to the Director, ensuring excellence across diverse project portfolios in the commercial real estate sector.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Professional registration with SACPCMP or PMI (Project Management Institute).
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in a similar project management role.
• Experience delivering projects in hospitality, base build, or complex construction sites preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation through closeout.
• Support the Director on assigned projects with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Take ownership of issues and drive them to positive resolution.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation and risk registers.
