Placements24 is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for their FMCG facility in Paarl. You will oversee daily production, lead a team of line operators, and ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations in a busy manufacturing environment.

The role focuses on scheduling, coordinating activities, and driving continuous improvement to maintain quality and output in the Western Cape wine region.

This role is critical for ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production output, managing a team of production line workers. You will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating daily production activities, and ensuring adherence to all operational standards and safety regulations.
