Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Production Shift Supervisor to oversee operations at a chemical manufacturing site in Vereeniging, Gauteng. This on-site role requires leading a team of production operators to meet targets safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards during the assigned shift.

You will manage daily production floor activities. You will coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and logistics, provide coaching and training, conduct shift handovers, and uphold

• Requires a National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory/leadership role within chemical manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a production team.
• Strong understanding of chemical processes and plant operations.
• Excellent knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations in the chemical industry.

About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Shift Supervisor to oversee operations at their chemical manufacturing facility in Vereeniging, Gauteng . This role requires a proactive individual who can lead a team of production operators, ensuring that production targets are met safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards during their assigned shift. You will be responsible for the daily management of the production floor, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. This is a critical on-site role for our client's operations in Gauteng .
