Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• National Diploma Operations Management or equivalent is advantageous.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position and environment.
• Proficiency to communicate effectively in English – both written and verbal.
• Strong Microsoft Excel experience.
• Must be prepared to work overtime / weekends / shifts in accordance with operational requirements.

Responsabilités

• Monitor, review, and analyze daily and weekly productivity timesheets.
• Extract and compile productivity data.
• Investigate productivity irregularities.
• Identify training needs and skills gaps.
• Ensure accurate and complete record-keeping.
• Present productivity findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Validate staff statements.
• Capture and track all investigation outcomes.
• Draft and submit formal warnings to HR.
