Momentum Corporate seeks a seasoned ML Engineer to drive productionisation, lifecycle management, and governance of advanced analytics and AI models. You will partner with Actuarial, Data Science and IT to deliver reliable, auditable production systems in a regulated insurance context.

You will deploy batch jobs and APIs, manage CI/CD, and ensure model explainability and cost efficiency while scaling value across the business.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in ML engineering, production data science, or platform engineering.
• 2+ years’ experience in regulated environments (insurance/financial services).
• Experience with model CI/CD, packaging, versioning, and monitoring.
• Experience building batch scoring pipelines and real-time inference where applicable.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with ML libraries like scikit-learn; PyTorch/Keras a plus.
• Cloud ML platforms and model registry/experiment tracking.
• Orchestration and CI/CD tooling experience.
• Excellent technical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial products and insurance/retirement fund industry helpful.

Responsabilités

• Design, build and deploy ML solutions to production, including batch jobs and APIs.
• Transform prototypes into production-grade services with packaging, testing and release.
• Establish CI/CD for ML pipelines and scalable scoring.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and IT for reliable data inputs.
• Ensure explainability and auditability of production ML solutions.
• Promote reusable, maintainable, and cost-efficient model components.
• Provide technical enablement to uplift production-ready practices.
• Maintain governance, security patterns, and regulatory compliance.
