Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 4–7+ years of professional experience in data engineering or related roles.
• Experience delivering production-ready data pipelines and platforms.
• Strong exposure to AWS-based data architectures.
• Hands-on experience in Agile or SAFe delivery environments.
• Exposure to AI tooling within engineering workflows.
• Experience applying AI responsibly in engineering work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver data engineering outcomes aligned to sprint goals and program commitments.
• Decompose data features into tasks with reliable effort estimates.
• Design and implement data ingestion and transformation pipelines across systems.
• Design data solutions aligned with Momentum Investments’ data platform strategy.
• Provide technical leadership and coaching to less experienced engineers.
• Ensure code, data models, and pipelines are well-documented and maintainable.
• Promote AI governance and secure use of enterprise-approved AI tooling.
