Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Production Floor Supervisor to remotely oversee manufacturing operations. This role demands leadership to guide a dispersed team, monitor output and quality, and ensure safety and efficiency without on-site presence in SA.

You will drive performance and optimize processes from a home-based setting. The ideal candidate will have MES proficiency, strong organizational skills, and a track record of remote team management in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, even in a remote capacity.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in using MES and other relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the activities of production line staff in a remote setting.
