Job summary

Office Beacon LLC is seeking a detail-oriented creative professional to produce client artwork proofs in Illustrator, modify revisions, and prepare production-ready files for suppliers.

You will collaborate with the Creative and Order Management teams, manage templates and web-ready images, and ensure accurate color, file formats, and organization across drives.

The role requires fluency in English, strong Adobe CS skills, and the ability to communicate clearly in a fast-paced studio environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of color management and production-ready file formats.

Responsibilities

• Create and revise client artwork proofs in Illustrator.
• Prepare production-ready artwork based on supplier specifications.
• Verify product, print, color, and file specifications.
• Create and maintain artwork templates and assets.
• Retouch product images for web/digital formats.
• Collaborate with Creative, Account Management, and Order Management teams.
• Ensure quality and proper file organization across drives.
