Job summary

MyCareerCraft is seeking a talented design professional to join our team as Graphic/Creative Designer. You will craft visual content for print and digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and delivering compelling design solutions.

You will develop concepts, create marketing materials, websites, social assets, emails, and presentations, while upholding brand guidelines and collaborating with marketing to transform briefs into impactful visuals.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in graphic or digital design.
• 3–5 years in a design role (agency or in-house).
• Strong portfolio of digital and print work.
• Experience in video editing, motion graphics, or animation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and design marketing materials, websites, social assets, email campaigns, and presentations.
• Produce print-ready artwork including brochures, packaging, signage, and corporate materials.
• Create digital assets, including web banners, social media graphics, infographics, and basic animations.
• Uphold brand guidelines to ensure a unified visual identity across all platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to transform briefs into impactful visual content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, consistently meeting deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Prepare and optimise artwork for both print and digital distribution.

The successful applicant will create captivating visual content for both print and digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and delivering exceptional design solutions.

Software & Systems Proficiency:

• Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Canva (for rapid content creation)
• Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD (for UI/UX and web design)
• MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Advantageous: WordPress, basic HTML/CSS, CorelDRAW, 3D/animation tools

Qualifications & Experience:

• National Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field
• 3-5 years proven experience in a design role (agency or in-house)
