Job summary

Obrien Recruitment is seeking an experienced Compounder for a client in Gauteng. The role focuses on weighing and mixing raw materials in line with production procedures while upholding cGMP and SOP standards.

You will manage inventory, verify calibration, document Batch Manufacturing Documents, and support a clean, compliant production environment. Minimum 3 years' experience, Matric/NQF4, and the ability to lift 25 kg are required.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and accuracy in weighing and mixing raw materials.
• Knowledge of cGMP, SOPs and quality standards is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate stock counts and inventory control.
• Check expiry dates.
• Weigh raw materials according to BMDs.
• Combine batches accurately and timeously.
• Operate and clean production equipment.
• Verify measuring equipment daily.
• Confirm equipment remains within calibration period.
• Complete verification records.
• Complete in-process production documentation.
• Check and verify Batch Manufacturing Documents.
• Submit completed documentation to the Supervisor.
• Ensure documents remain legible and protected.
• Verify BMDs against the production plan.
