O'Brien Recruitment is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Compounder / Mixing Operator in the Western Cape. The role involves accurately weighing and mixing raw materials according to set procedures while ensuring compliance with cGMP and SOP requirements.

The ideal candidate has Matric / NQF Level 4, at least 3 years of compounder experience, and a proven ability to work with high attention to detail. The position requires the ability to lift 25kg and maintain strict documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Matric / NQF Level 4 is required, with formal education supporting production work.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant Compounder experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of cGMP and QMS is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Perform accurate stock counts and inventory control.
• Check expiry dates and ensure material quality.
• Weigh raw materials and mix according to procedures.
• Operate and clean production equipment and fixtures.
• Verify measuring equipment daily and keep calibration current.
• Complete in-process production documentation and Batch Manufacturing Records.
• Submit documentation to the Supervisor and ensure legibility and protection.
