Job summary

Network Finance seeks a hands-on AI software engineer in a forward-thinking tech environment focused on AI, ML, and software engineering. You will design, build, and deploy production-grade AI applications that improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and support business decisions.

You will work closely with product, engineering, data, and operations teams to transform AI concepts into production-ready solutions, including retrieval-augmented apps and LLM integrations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain production-ready AI and machine learning applications.
• Develop intelligent automation solutions using LLMs, NLP, document intelligence, and AI technologies.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, implementation plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Build modular Python-based services, APIs, and workflows.
• Develop document processing and information extraction solutions using OCR and AI technologies.
• Design retrieval-augmented applications, search capabilities, and knowledge management solutions.
• Implement monitoring, logging, validation, testing, and observability practices.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing systems, databases, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Create technical documentation, standards, and reusable frameworks to support scalability and maintainability.
