Job summary

Network Finance seeks a hands-on AI software engineer in a forward-thinking tech environment focused on AI, ML, and software engineering. You will work closely with product, engineering, data, and operations teams to transform AI concepts into production-ready solutions, including retrieval-augmented apps and LLM integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain production-ready AI and machine learning applications.
• Develop intelligent automation solutions using LLMs, NLP, document intelligence, and AI technologies.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, implementation plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Build modular Python-based services, APIs, and workflows.
• Develop document processing and information extraction solutions using OCR and AI technologies.
• Design retrieval-augmented applications, search capabilities, and knowledge management solutions.
• Implement monitoring, logging, validation, testing, and observability practices.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing systems, databases, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Create technical documentation, standards, and reusable frameworks to support scalability and maintainability.
