Job summary

Mouton Citrus is seeking an experienced Admin Support Manager to oversee the administration of a Production Business Unit. You will report to the Unit Manager and coordinate HR, financial and compliance support, aligning with Head Office while upholding our values at production level.

The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to lead a small admin team. A background in agriculture is preferred and experience with payroll and financial systems is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification (HR, Finance, or related field).
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience with payroll and financial systems to capture, process and report data.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Agriculture background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support production unit manager and farm managers with timely information for effective decision-making.
• Liaise between head office and the production unit (HR, Finance, etc.).
• Manage a small admin team to meet the production unit's admin requirements.
• Capture and report data for crop production disciplines; meet deadlines.
• Oversee creditors processes and report expenditure vs budget.
• Maintain time and attendance records and onboarding of employees.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance and audit readiness.
• Coordinate worker training and community development activities.
• Assist in disciplinary processes.
